Dr. Suresh Nagesh Ph.D.

Executive President and Chief Technology Officer

Accomplished Research Scholar, Scientist, Engineer, and a Management Professional with over twenty-five (25) years of professional experience with core focus on computational mechanics. Holds 6 patents only related to alternate materials and concepts for the automotive industry of the total 9 US patents to date. Extensive experience working in the field of low-cost light weight technologies for the auto and aerospace industry. Served as core member of Chrysler’ composite vehicle division at Detroit to develop CCV (Chrysler Composite Vehicle) from pop bottle plastic to full vehicle development. Headed a group on advanced materials and mechanics for General Motor’ Research & Development in India. One of leaders to head Daimler Chrysler’ R&T India (now Mercedes R&T) advanced vehicle engineering group. Experience working with Aerospace industry across the globe. Vast experience in integrating academia with industry in creating strategic research capabilities. Holds B. Tech (IIT- Kanpur), Master of Science in Solid Mechanics (IIT- Kanpur), Ph.D., Computational Mechanics from University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Vikas Kumar Ph.D.

Chief of Aerospace & Defense Division
Distinguished Scientist, Engineer, and a Management Professional with over 37 years of applied research and real-time experience. Vast experience in Life Cycle Management technologies & sustainability for defense platforms – Aircrafts, Ships, Submarines & battle tanks. Hands-on experience in providing comprehensive Life Cycle Management of Aeroengines for Indian Air Force (Aircrafts – AN-32, Sukhoi-30, Mig-27, Mirage-2000, Kiran Trainer, Mi-17). Expertise in structure integrity of weapon systems – Artillery & Tank Barrels, & Missiles Booster Motor Casings based on Failure Assessment. Subject matter expertise in materials for Navy, Body & Battle Tanks Armors, Airframes & Aeroengines. Holds B. Tech (IIT Roorkee), M. Tech (IIT Kanpur), PhD (IIT, Madras), Post Doctorate & visiting professor at CDM-ENSMP (French Department of Defense), Paris – France.

Dr. Roland Haas, Ph.D.

Director and Sr. Advisor

Accomplished techno-managerial business executive with over 25 years of experience serving automotive and aerospace (R&D), engineering & IT services. Expertise in Mechatronics, Automotive Electronics, Car IT, Automotive Software technologies, Vehicle Safety, Information Management and Virtual Product creation. Vast experience working with Airbus, Mercedes, Daimler AG, Ford, Volkswagen, Nissan Renault. Proficient in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML). Served on board for several major global corporations. Honorary professor at International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-B). Experience managing several global initiatives in automotive and aerospace sector. Advanced skills in BigData, IT Platforms for Connected Cars, Autonomous Driving, Service Robotics, Internet of Things, and Vehicle Integration. Holds Ph.D. Computer Science & Engineering, Technische Universitat Clausthal, Germany.

Shashikumar A.

Head of Design Group

Over 35 years of illustrious career in the Aerospace sector. Former Additional General Manager at Hindustan Aeronautical Limited (HAL), India. Extensively involved in the design and manufacture of all tools for the realization of all hard wares for ISRO’ projects such as PSLV, GSLV MK-1, GSLV MK-II and GSLV MK-III. Instrumental in the design and development of more than 62 numbers of “Large Size Automated Welding Fixtures” for realizing the tanks of diameter 2.1m to 4m for DCSP TIG welding process with many allied ground handling and component realization machining fixtures and were introduced for production of ISRO-LPSC projects. Instrumental in the design and development of more than 225 numbers of large size main assembly JIGS and 75 numbers of sub-assemblies along with many ground handling and component realization machining fixtures and were introduced for production for structural assemblies of ISRO-VSSC projects. Holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.

Dr. Ravi Srinivasan, Ph.D.

Head of Computational Fluid Dynamics Group

Over 35 years of industrial and research experience. Experience working with prestigious organizations such as National Aeronautical Laboratory (NAL), General Electric R&D, Daimler Chrysler R&D, Saffron, Ingersoll Rand). Most recently was the head of Engineering at Ingersoll Rand. Possess subject matter expertise in thermal and flow simulations. Has more than 25 publications and keynote speaker at several international events. Holds a Ph. D. from IIT Kanpur and M. Tech from IIT Chennai.

Digital Practice Lead

Over 10 years of dedicated experience specializing in Embedded Systems, Digital Twin solutions. Expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to develop custom smart edge devices. Niche skills in implementing Embedded Systems, HIL, SIL, System Development and Integration from scratch. Vast experience supporting organizations such as Schneider Electric, Arraystorm, Adappt Inc, to name a few. Holds a Master’ degree in Embedded System Design from Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), India.
