The conceptual design phase is a critical stage in any new product development. At this stage, our designers and engineers brainstorm product ideas based on research into customer needs. We produce initial concepts in the form of sketches or outline specifications;we utilize a variety of data visualization techniques to produce:
At this phase, we decide whether the product concept meets real customer needs and take a pragmatic decision. We consider the practical feasibility of developing several different concepts. We compare the estimated costs of developing, manufacturing and marketing the product with its potential value to customers and the price point it could achieve. We give utmost importance for Technical feasibility, we consider if we have to invent anything new to make the concept work or if available technology can meet all the concept’s performance objectives or to consider the alternative technologies to deliver the desired results.
We perform development costs analysis at the conceptual design phase itself; hence our customers avoid wasting money and resources before detailed development starts.
