An IIT Bombay alumna with a Master of Design (M. Des.) in Industrial Design, she combines visionary leadership with the ability to translate innovation into business growth.

As Founder and CEO of QuantumPoint LLC, USA, she is building a global technology enterprise that bridges American innovation, Korean industrial expertise, and Indian engineering excellence. She leads international strategy, strategic alliances, and technology-led growth across AI, advanced engineering, and Industry 4.0, championing cross-border collaboration to shape the future of global industry.

Nagaraju Prasad is an innovation and product development leader with over 30 years of experience in industrial design, manufacturing strategy, and product lifecycle management. An IIT Bombay alumnus with a Master of Design (M. Des.) in Industrial Design, he bridges design, technology, and business strategy.

At QuantumPoint LLC, he leads corporate strategy, innovation, and new product development, driving growth opportunities, product optimization, manufacturing efficiency, and commercialization to strengthen competitiveness and deliver sustainable business growth.

Dr. Jitesh Kumar

Dr. Jitesh Kumar

Dr. Jitesh Kumar is an advanced engineering leader specializing in mechanical design, simulation, R&D, and AI/ML-enabled engineering solutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, with research focused on high-speed turbomachinery.

At QuantumPoint LLC, he leads multidisciplinary engineering teams and drives innovation across product development, automation, mechatronics, and smart manufacturing. He focuses on integrating advanced engineering, AI/ML, and digital technologies to optimize performance, accelerate product development, and deliver high-value solutions for global industries.
